Bahrain based regional food retail, wholesale and distribution business, announced today the opening of its rights issue to raise BD 3.7 million to fund its future growth strategy.

SICO, the Bahrain based, regionally focused investment bank, is acting as an Issue Manager to the Rights Issue.
